Horrible service from Autopage (repeatedly)

On the 25th of January I phoned autopage to renew my contract and spoke to a call centre agent called Lazola. He sold me a package deal which included an Iphone5 and insured me that the phone will be delivered within 10 working days, probably before that.

On the 7th of February I phoned Autopage to enquire about this delivery because it has been almost 10 days and I still haven't received my phone. I spoke to a lady called Maybell who informed me that the Iphone5 is out of stock and she had no idea when I will receive my phone. Great - if I knew that earlier I would have reconsidered the deal because my current phone is broken. I requested to speak to Lazola's supervisor, however, the supervisor, Angelo Graham was not available. Maybell said that she would send him an email and he will phone me back. Angelo did not return my call so the next day I phoned again and asked to speak to him. Once again, he was unavailable. The agent that assisted me ensured me that he will ask Lazola to phone me back. I am still waiting for a call from either Angelo or Lazola.
