MTN willing to lose clients

Good Day
Just thought of sharing this with all potential MTN clients out there. I have been a MTN client for 11 years.
I'm due for an upgrade on my MTN contract and been looking at cell phones and packages available. The phones that I'm interested in, is not available at MTN. (It is noteworthy that they are available on the other service providers)
I have approach 4 different branches, all which told me to... rather move my contract to Vodacom.
Some staff stated that it is a general concern among MTN customers.
Comments from some of the staff:
"MTN is always last to offer the new cell phones"
"MTN will not try and prevent you from moving your contract as they are aware of their bad offerings"'
"MTN is not interested in providing client with the best. They are only serve the lower income clients"
I have been promised by 3 branches that they will find out from the "reps" when the phones that I'm interested in will become available. I have not heard from any of them. It has been more than 2 weeks.
Last night I phoned 808 to enquire how to transfer my number to Vodacom. After being on hold for 20 minutes, I gave up the idea of trying to talk to them.
