Dear Hello Peter
Between Nashua Mobile and MTN there is either a big gap in mis-communication or a lack of professionalism!
I have a data-contract for Internet that i use at home. I have it for some time now and it has been working brilliantly up until three weeks ago. I am bearly able to read an email without a huge strugle. I am bearly running any Internet!!! But i still pay the fees that they require me to pay, how is this fair I ask with tears in my eyes!? I have contacted Nashua Mobile and MTN numerous times over the past 3 weeks but no one seems to be able to assisst me with my poor Internet. All i get is a Reference Number (REF: 0052442) and a promice that someone will contact me soon with an answer... So i am still waiting...
The Internet at home is a necessity for me because my wife is studying through Unisa and uses the Internet to submit assighnments wich has been due the past week and thus she was unable to submit her assighnments!
I am very dissapointed in Nashua Mobile and MTN's lack of service and are fed up with phoning them and not getting my big problem solved.
I just hope someone will hear my cries for help on Hello Peter!
