My sim card started acting up on my phone and would say "SIM CARD ERROR", i couldn't get any calls nor do anything. I then contacted Cell C Customer Services of which i was told to get a new sim card and rica it, so they can do a sim swap, I went to a Cell C shop in Cresta, they never even bothered assisting me but they gave me a Cell C sim card and expected me to still contact the Cell C customer service, i did exactly that, and spoke to a lk;ady named Nomonde, she then did everything and told it was done i needed to swtch off and on my cellphone. Its been about a month, when people contact me, it goes straight to voicemail ever since, today i contacted Cell C, and then i find out it was never done, and the sim card am using belongs to someone else, i asked them to check since their calls are recorded for quality assurance, they say i never called, so in exact, they say i am LYING. I am done with cell c, i will never even recommend it to anyone, their service. Too bad for the client that is using the same number as i, they are not even aware that i am receiving their smses. This is how is done, they don't even check
