On the 1st October 2013 I noticed on my bank statement that Cell C had debited my account twice on the 30th Sep 2013 with the same amount but showing a different reference number. I immediately contacted the Cell C call centre to advise that I only have 1 Cell C contract so why was I charged twice. I was advised that this issue would be resolved within 24-48 hours and I will be informed of the problem. It is now 6 days later and I am still awaiting feedback from Cell C regarding this matter. I keep getting told that this is under investigation and will be called later in the day with an update of the situation. No one from Cell C calls and the only follow up I get is when I contact the call centre and am told that this matter is still under investigation.
Clearly Cell C have no idea what they are doing and are unable to resolve a simple query within the their stipulated timelines.
