February this year, 2013, my Cellphone number which I have had with Cell C for a very long time, had a Sim Swap performed on by a Call Centre Agent in KZN, I went to my nearest branch, Cresta, to get the matter sorted. They could see on the Cell C database whom had performed it, where and when. We cancelled that Sim Card, I paid for a new one, performed a Sim Swap in store and everythingl. Not long after the same Sim Swap was performed again on my Sim Card from the same place. I went in once again, we followed the same steps and I got my number back again. This happened once more shortly there after, not only was my number again, they then by using my number accessed my cellphone banking and robbed me of over R1700, airtime was bought using my cellphone banking until account was drained. I went back to Cell C, upset as is normal, complained, opened a police case, got the case number the requested and was promised a response asap from their side to fix this illegal activity, till now I've heard nothing back from them, nor have I been reimbursed! THE NUMBER IS CURRENTLY ACTIVE AGAIN & BEING USED BY SOMEONE, AFTER I REPORTED ACTIVITY & CANCELLED IT, HOW???
