Cell C - Poor Customerr Service and Support

I purchased 2 x 3GB 3G for a year packages a few months ago, I had to do an SIM swap to a micro SD for a Apple I Pad, the SIM swap was botched by the Store Manageress of the Lakeside Mall branch where I took the pay as you go packages out. Every 3 months this SIM is blocked, why because it shows on their (Cell C) system as a normal Cell account yet the "Package" shows it is a 3g for a year, resulting in me having to go in store (Lake Side Mall) to get it unblocked because phoning the support centre you just get referred back to the store. Even the store them selves has been unable to get the account sorted out with NO support from Cell C directly. I find phoning the call centre frustrating and a complete waste of time as all the consultants and receptionists want to do is pass you to the SALES DEPARTMENT when you request to speak to the support manager which according to the staff they do NOT HAVE. I even tried contacting Cell C business on 084 194 4000 with the same result. I would not recommend Cell C to anyone, they are happy to take your money and that's it. There advertising is FALSE and there is NO customer support or care.
