Nashua is forcing me to terminate my contract

I was migrated to: R200 subscripton and 200 anymtime minutes. For two consecutive months I'm receiving R200 instead of anytime minutes as documented on emails. Even when I asked them what happened. They forwarded a screen dump to prove that on their network 200 minutes reflects on their network and not R200. r R370 was debited instead of R200 that I signed for and still not credited.

I then opted for termination of contract I was advised that I will have to pay R7500 termination fees. I then informed them that I then demand what I was migrated to and promise. They fail to deliver as our only advised after 2 full months of emotional and financially drain that it was the mistake. It's not my baby they should sort it out. The deal is signed and sealed. Had they talked to me nicely within a week or two I would have considered. But they started being arrogant and harsh to me only after two months of not winning they come and tell me it's the error on their side. Now they are forcing me to terminate the contract and my last conversation with them was that I want what I was promised. NASHUA CAN NOT FORCE ME TO TERMINATE UNLESS I COMMITED and don't know about it.
