BIS Rip Off

HI

I have 2 blackberry mtn contracts. Is it fair for them to change my BIS as they please. I'm still paying them in full, the amount as stated in the contract. I feel I'm being cheated because they are not rendering the service I'm paying for because the service BIS has changed.

I'm not happy with what mtn did and as soon as my contract is over I'll move to CellC or 8ta.
