Very bad or no signal strenth at all

I have been living in Royal Ascot, Milnerton, Cape Town for 2 months now and since the very first day I have had the worst possible experience with my Vodacom reception at the house. It is the entire area that is affected and I am unable to receive or make calls while at home and the data reception is also non-existent. If it wasn't for my wifi at home via ADSL, I would be permanently in the dark.

My fiance is with Virgin Mobile and she has full signal and data capabilities. So this is definitely isolated to Vodacom in the area.

I literally have to drive out down Grand National Boulevard close to the Paddocks Shopping centre just to get a better signal and then all my smses and missed call smses start coming through.

Vodacom, I have seen a few complaints about the same problem here on hellopeter from earlier in 2013 and the comments state that it has been resolved. This is clearly not for everybody on Vodacom in the area, because I am sure I am not the only person still having this problem. Please let me know what is being done about this or let me know of something I can do to fix the problem. Thank you!
