WORST TELECOM IN SOUTH AFRICA

We recently had to move offices and therefor had to move from telkom to neotel as we wanted to keep the same tel no for our business. Unfortunately with telkom you cannot keep you same number so we had to switch to neotel. The actual port took over 3 months!! as neotell first didn't process the port and then ported the fax no instead of the landline tel no. After we have moved premises already and yet the port was still not done, asked telkom to divert our line to one of our mobile numbers. After more than 3months the line was now ported as assured by neotel. Telkom took the divert off and there whe didn't have lines anymore!! Neotel hardly ever answer the phone, they couldn't care to assist or the loss of business for calls that we have lost. Or the cost for having our line diverted to the cellphone. Our line is still not ported. This has been an absolute nightmare for us. If at all you can avoid neotell, please do. You will safe yourself a lot of headace!!!
