The service get sold as a far superior service to Telkom. In reality the voice quality is so bad that I rather use my cellphone to phone since I cannot hear on the Neotel Line.
The internet is really an intermitted service. 3G works better! I was sold ADSL performance but in reality connect my home network through my cellphone to have 3G access. I live in an area with the maximum Neotel coverage possible, and it still does not work.
A 3G dongle option is much cheaper and better offering that Neotel for sure!!
