Hi, in less than two years I've handed my BB Bold 9780 in for repairs 3 times already, and received 1 replacement model and the the other two times the handset was "repaired'. This "repaired" handset is ONCE AGAIN faulty, same reason as before - the LCD screen is faulty. Vodacom's repairs department is pathetic! Their client service or rather the lack thereof is appalling! The last time the phone was in for repairs i requested a replacement handset with a different model number as it's obvious that the BB 9780 Bold is a piece of!
i will NOT follow Vodacom's ridiculous repairs process/SLA - i am not prepared to wait 3 weeks for my handset to be repaired. I request that my query be escalated to senior management as this is unacceptable!!!
