Cell C
REFUND / CONTRACT NOT CANCELLED

Afternoon,

I want to lodge a complaint against Cell C. I wanted to cancel my contract with Cell C since the 5th of April 2013 but no luck up to date.

I have paid all the money that they told me to pay but no luck. I have been in the shop for several times but my query is not resolve. I have decided that I need my refund back. I am not cancelling this contract anymore. This all started in Sandton Cell C.

Please help I am really not happy with the way I have been treated.
