BOOKED IN MY CELL ON THE 19 MARCH 2013, CONTACTED THE TECHNICAL CENTRE ON THE 05 APRIL 2013 WAS TOLD THAT THEY WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO CHECK ON MONDAY 8 APRIL IF THERE IS BATTERIES IN STOCK, ITS CAUSING ME INCONVIENCE NOT HAVING A CELL .
IF TIME FRAME IS GIVEN TO A CLIENT THEN IT NEEDS TO BE MET OR OTHER METHODS OF SOLVING CLIENT QUERY SHOULD BE TAKEN, AND CLIENT MUST BE INFORMED
