I have been requesting for a paid up letter since last year for my jet account that i settled in April 2013. Ever since April 2013 i have been contacting Jet Client service centre, number 0860104170 and asked for client service and always told that i will receive the paid up letter within 48 hours, even on the 21st January 2014 i contacted the same number and i was given the same answer that i will receive the letter within 48 hours. Today 24 January 2014 i havent received the letter. Is there such a thing called a paid up letter because i have been waiting for it since last year in April?
