Still no answer to sort out my query

I have reported Cell C here a couple of times to sort out my query which i launched on the 31.07.2013. no one could assist me in solving my query. i need to speak to a Senior person that i can go see with my statements and then i can explain what happend. Cause all of the Cell C people check on their system and they do not see were Cell C took my credit balance of R332.56 and debited my account with it. I have it on my client statement. I need this query sorted. Cell C has sent me another sms to say that their going to suspend my phone cause i'm due with R336.00 but Cell C took my credit that i had on my June statement of R332.56. I had paid R210 in Aug'13 just so that Cell C will not suspend my phone but still no one could assist me. Finiwe have called me and the story that she claimed was untrue. i have spoken to 5 other customer care assistants and they only said that they can see there is a problem on my account and they will refer it to the billing department BUT NO ONE CALLS ME BACK.i'm pretty much frustrated to date. I need someone that can give me a solution to why Cell C have taken my credit balance of R332.56. NO Senior person have contacted me and i think this is unaccep
