On the 26n April 2013 I recharge with R500-00 Cell C Suppercharge on cell phone no. 061 092 9547. Unfortunately I did not receive my unlimited free minutes Cell C to Cell C, I called the call centre, the consultant told me that my query will be attended, later I received an sms form Cell C with ref no. 3042603085 for my query.
On 30 April 2013 I called again, consultant told me she will email the person who is handling my query to contact me the following day as she was not available. On 02 May 2013 I called again consultant told me to call 145 the following day before 20h00. On 07 May 2013 I called the consultant told me that my query has not yet resolved I must call the following day.
On 08 may 2013 I called consultant told me that I do not qualify.
