I applied for a cell c contract on the 18 March 2013. And I only got my phone on the 9 April 2013 i phone cell,
Every week to do a follow up on my contact and every week I was told that its on its way the consultant could not give me and answer, I sent numerious emails to the custormer service department but nobody replied up and untill today, on the 3 April I phoned and spoke to Mpho (night team leader JHB branch) he promised that I would get my phone on the 9 April. On the 9 April I phone to get a reffence number to do a follow up on with the courier company and a consaltant informed me that someone cancelled my application, I was shocked because I was waiting on the phone, I asked to speak to Mpho and he informed me that he forgot to do a follow up on my application, and he promised me that I would have my phone by the following Tuesday... On Tuesday the 9 April I received my phone Finally I activated everything... then on the 11 April I received an sms to say that my bill will be R36.66, on Saterday 13 April cell c tried to debit my account for that amount, I gave the call centre a call to enquire because my debit order is set for the 20(: of each month, the consultant
