I am NOT a Cell C customer. I have agreed to the terms and conditions so that I may post on HelloPeter. My complaint concerns Cell C but I am NOT a Cell C customer.
Cell C has charged me over R2 300 for an account which I do not have. I have never had a Cell C account and yet my bank account has been debited once in March 2013 (R114.00) and once in April 2013 (R2 314.29). After the first incident in March 2013 I contacted Cell C and supplied them with all the information they required from me to prove that they have been charging me incorrectly. I was still charged a second amount in April 2013. Taking money from me without my permission is. I would like this addressed immediately and i would like other consumers to be aware of the fact that Cell C has from my account.
