I applied for an 8ta contract for almost a month now and i havent received any feedback or response what so ever even to say if my contract has been appproved or declined which shows that 8ta does not value their customers at all and certainly also does not care for them.
Its pointless having the best deals with everything but you cant value and treat your customers with care.
i think that this is very unprofessional and every single time i try calling the store then they put me on hold and just hang up sometimes so answer at all and also dont reply to my faxes.
where is the logic in this? i am literally disgusted in the service which 8ta provides and i think the public should know this as well.
please get back to me and advice on the outcome
