Customer loyalty down the drain

I am once again disappointed with the service from autopage. The upgrade deals available for existing customers is absolutely ridiculous. There is not one contract available with the latest phones that does not have a pay-in. New customers are given the best options on contract deals with no pay-ins whilst those upgrading are asked for huge pay-ins.

So my question to autopage is do you not consider your old customers as a priority? You are always looking for new customers but what about good affordable deals for old customers or is the company content with losing customers?

I am due for my upgrade and called the call center to enquire on the latest specials and i was told by the consultant that if i wanted any of the latest phones i would have a pay-in of about R6000.00 and my monthly installment would be around R600.00 where as for a new contract you will get the same phone for R419.00 a month.

New customers are offered deals that are reasonable and affordable but as soon as its time for an upgrade the prices are through the roof.
