Hi,
I hold a Cheque account with FNB and I am banking with FNB for the last 1.5 years. FNB is offering certain contracts on mobile devices, to their customers. As a FNB customer, I was attracted by the advertisements and decided to buy an iPhone 5 throught the FNB contract. Hence, I had approached the iStore in Clearwater Mall and applied for the iPhone 5 contract. Within a few minutes, I received a SMS from FNB stating "Your request for iPhone contract has been declined". I immediately contacted the FNB customer care and that was of no use. It has been almost a month since this incident has happened. But FNB hasn't provided me with the reason why the request has been declined. This is absolutely ridiculous. You can't take the customer for granted. If you are not able to provide proper service, why should you advertise? As a customer of FNB, I have all rights to know the reason why my request has been declined.
Thanks,
Arivarasan
