Wants more customers, bt cnt kp current customers

My contract is up at 8ta and i would like to continue with it.i received an sms saying that an agent will call me regarding the extension of my contract, which never hapened. September is over and so is my contract and no has called me yet, i contacted the call center and was told some one from the sales department will cal me, no one has yet.i went to the telkom mobile store in gateway (kzn, durban) and was told by one of the reps that i should call the call center.i have even sent emails but have not gotten any responses. Telkom mobile is giving me the run around which is ridiculous because i am a customer and they should be trying to maintain their current customers because whats the point of advertising for more customers if you cant keep your current?
this is the first time i came across a company/business where you have to chase after THEM so that you can give THEM business...
if this matter is not resolved timelessly i will happily take get a new contract some where else.
