Telkom does not consider the customer when they are deceived by consultants whom do not explain the contracts properly. Even if you take out a new contract on the last day of the month they will bill you for the full previous months Handset charge. Only when customers get the bill do they see the double charge and then get told to make a payment arrangement. Even when the store admits the error they still do nothing about it. Telkom does not care about the customers and have no service at all Most pathetic service
