She hung up on me

I though city of johannesburg service was bad until i received a call from your customer care line. i understand that i have a loan and have to pay it everymonth and i have been doing so with out fail. Nonhlanhla from your customer care calls me and treats me like i did something wrong. i ask her a simple question wanted to know why the month on my account are so much yet the loan is supposed to be finishing this month she tells me i have 7 month remaining i ask her how is that posible to have 7 month remaining if i took out the loan in 2011 August??she could not answer my question and she hang up and did not call back yet she was happy to tell me that i will be double debited at the end of the month. my problem is she could not answer my question and was not very helpfull and sounded bored. if that is how you treat your customers i dont appreciate being treated like i dont know what i am talking about or i dont whats going on with my account. i was called on the 07/08/2013 after 12pm
