Cancelled contract, I dont know whats going on???

My contract expired I think July'12 & i went to the CellC outlet in CenturionMall to cancel it after they themselves informed me that the contract has been expired & im transfered to month to month.

I was instructed to sign on the form subject: Notice of cancellation of contract since i advised them that i was no longer interested in the cell C contract. the date was the 12 September 2012. since i was advised that i must not worry September will be my last debit month for the subscription fee of R100 due to 30 days notice etc, i didnt worry at all.i was supprised to learned that on my January bank statement i was still paying the same contract. i went to CrestaMall, spoke with Larry hoping that he'll get me a solution, i think on the 11Feb'13. he promised me to keep me updated and i must not worry! i went on for the 1st week with out any call from him, until i started to worry and i took the initiative to call Cresta branch. after series of calls made due to he's not able to take call, busy with another client, leave a massage escuses, i eventually got to speak to him. i was so impressed to hear that he remembers me very well i didnt even refresh him, as he said dont worry.
