Incorrect Billing on my account

We subscribed for month 10 gig data budle package from Telkom around last year November, using a wireless handset as a moderm. The package is such that we pay a monthly fee of not more than 500 for this service and pay additional feel if we make calls on this account. All has been going well since inception of this service until last Month, February 27, 28 when we were billed more than R4000 for the volume of the data bundles used during those 2 days, still had some data bundles left on our package. An sms on the 5th March alerted us that our account will be suspended if we dont pay immediately this amount of close to R4000. This shocked us, knowing that we have never exhausted all our data bundles and there was therefore no need to pay such an amount of money. We called Telkom helpdesk to ascertain what was happening, however we were very frustrated as nobody could give us a straight answer of what happened and why were we charged so much during those 2 days (27 and 28). On numerous occassions, we went to Pietermaritzburg branch and they could not help us and we have made lot of calls to Telkom to no avail. Cal ref: 6000011904552003, acc no:119901289329.
