WOW Vodacom just getting better
I recently learned that my account is in arrears. How the can you have this run for a 8mnth period before notifying the customer that the account is in arrears, not acceptable
Have issues with the phone that is only 2mnts old, and get send from 1 shop to another and refusal to be assisted, advising that i cant take a phone with no email
Yet YOU GUYS REFUSE TO GIVE ME RECORDINGS OF 2 CALLS I HAD WITH VODACOM TODAY - BLATANTLY REFUSE TO FORWARD ME THIS CALLS
I have explained numerous times im a safety officer and require access to calls, didnt help much
But This is now the 2nd time this year im having issues with Vodacom and this is the final straw
Been a customer for over 6 yrs now but time to move on
Please cancel this contract of mine, convert my number to prepaid as i refuse to deal with people that are willing to put the lifes of others at risk
We can come to an arrangement to pay the outstanding amount on monthly basis but i wont be part of vodacom anymore at all
requested for call limit on free minutes and cancellation of insurance and none was done
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH
I WILL NOT PAY CANCELLATION FEES AND WONT USE VODACOM ANYMORE
