16 Days and no service

It has now been more than 16 days since I sent my application for a MWEB uncapped adsl service. The service is still not active. Anthea Makibi is currently dealing with the problem, what problem could there possible be. She advised that she escalated this to her manager. I am honestly regretting my decision to go with MWEB, I had uncapped ADSL with another ISP and it only took 5 days. It looks to me as if Anthea Makibi is not getting the support from her fellow employees and managers to deal with this situation.
How bad is this that I have to complain about a service that's not even active yet, I mean I have to wonder if this is the case how will it be when the service is active, what bad stuff awaits then. I mean if you can't even do such a simple thing how will you keep my service in the future. I knew this deal was to good to be true.

My resolution I want is that my service be active and something done about the inconvenience. Let's see if this complaint can be turned into a compliment.
