You cant get worse than Vodacom

I would like all to know about this ridiculous company called Vodacom about two months ago i phoned the customer care line to sort out my account which was to high while phoning in the guy cant remember the name asked me security questions which he said i failed because VODACOM never updated my details when i took out the new contract then i asked to speak to a so called Manager so we sorted out the account by adding a R100 call limit and 500mg and the phone would then be soft blocked if the limit is succeeded this was never done and i phoned in again they then said they will credit my account for the amount and then everything should be sorted NOW this month again my account is over 929 and my phone not soft blocked how do you expect a person to pay if this is not the arrangement i have been making calls licking peoples just for someone to do their job right. Vodacom can go and listen to all the calls i have maid back and forth i don't want this contract anymore i am sick and tired of bad service please don't come with another excuse i am over vodacom Bad Bad Bad service from vodacom wont recommend at all will also get all friends and family to post their experien
