I upgraded my prepaid number to contract, but ever since I cannot use my phone number for iMessage.
I can also not phone certain 0860 numbers...
I have been to 5 Vodacom shops and customer service outlets, iStore and phoned Vodacom on numerous occasions.
I have written them a detailed email of what is going on, they guy proposed I go to a customer care outlet again. I mean seriously?! They are incompetent and do not even return promised phone calls.

Do not apologize on here and say a representative will be in touch. Read all the correspondence, listen to the recordings and fix the issue!
