I manage a big retail store in fourways, my adsl line has not been working since the 31/03/2013. I reported the fault to telkom on the 31st. Today is the 05/04/2013 and i still have no internet, i have phoned telkom more than 20 times everytime talking to a new operator all telling me different stories. My work is reliant on internet acsses as i need to connect to a network in order to do my work, im loosing loads of sales as i cannot get my stock processed. Telkom u as bad as the goverment if not worse!
