Telkom fault reporting

I have an adsl line, as I do I have a job that I am on standby for work. On saturday morning, I had no ringtone, no internet connection. I called telkom 10210 line from my cellphone as my telkom landline wasn't working. was holding on for 10 minutes with no consultant answering. I tried this morning again, same thing another 10 minutes. I then logged on from work on the telkom website and registered my complaint online. Then I see there is a network outage for the area that I stay in logged on the 12 December already. I just need to know when I technician is coming out to fix my line as I need my internet connection for work. I am on standby and when there is a problem, I need to be able to log on fix issues. This is almost a week later that Telkom knows the area has no network coverage but not once someone came out.
