I phoned telkom 2 times today wasted R110 airtime because my telkom landline can't dail out, because it is faulty, i told the operator that aswell, my internet has been intermittent for about a month but I can't cancel because I still have a contract with telkom, now I pay about R600 a month, with internet and a phone that you can't use, while i was explaining to them that my internet does not work they put me on hold everytime and so my airtime does not hold out, i told them about the phone and they could not even phone me back.now i must sit with the problem. That is very bad service. The fault is the line so I need them to fix it.
