Our ADSL line/Internet supplied by Telkom is down since Monday 21 October 2013.
Our ISP was also contacted, but the fault is with Telkom.
We made many calls to Telkom no: 10210 but all that was offered was repeated trouble shooting sessions and then just logging a 'line fault', or passing the buck.
We even signed a 24 month contract with Telkom to get a new router after the local Telkom outlet said the router was faulty BUT STILL we have no ADSL line.
A few sms's got sent to us to say the fault has been 'restored' but still the ADSL line did not work!!
It is obvious that we need a advanced technician on site, but Telkom seems to refuse or are just ignoring our desperate pleas. We are both doctors in private practice and are dependant on Telkom and our Internet to provide a proper service.
