I logged a fault that our phone line and ADSL was down on Monday afternoon. I can't receive or make calls and I can't access the internet.
Since Monday I have phoned everyday 2-3 times to find out when the Telkom Technician will be coming out. Everytime I get the same exact answer that they logged the fault as urgent and that they sent through a message that I work from home (as I do).
It is now Thursday and still the exact same story from Telkom and I haven't received a call from any technicians.
This is ridiculous. I am loosing business thanks to Telkom!!
