My ADSL (011 954 5569) has been off for 2 weeks. This was reported and I received an sms with the fault number (13CRK120114) and a day later an sms saying the line has been checked and is not faulty. The internet is still not working so I called and reported it again and they elevated the report. I took my Telkom supplied modem to the local Telkom office to be tested but they could not test it because their store does not have an ADSL line. They advised me just to wait until Telkom contacted me. Its been another week and no contact from Telkom. I am being charged for a service which I am not receiving and being forced to use my cell phone to access the internet now.
