Bad aftersales service VERY VERY BAD!!!
Hi there...
a friend's brother moved overseas last year and gave me his neotel 24GB dongle to use... it has been working very well up until a few months ago it just stopped working
I called the helpline they tried everything to get the thing to connect but it still says the access codes are wrong we have changed the passsword and it still wont log in
I think the dongle has packed up and I still have 4GB avail on it so would like to get it replaced... where can i take it to in Cape Town for replacement?
i would also like to know when the dongle contract expires please.
