Where do i start!
firstly: I bought i neotel internet dongle under the pretense that the the per-paid and contact tariffs are exactly the same.
I phoned the call centre and spoke to a supervisor to investigate and get back to me on this, untill today im still waiting for anyone to call me back on this.
secondly: The same sales consultant that sold me this dongle told me i can purchase data from shoprite which i did but only to find out i MUST BUY DATA and not airtime and convert it like most other prepaid dongles!! I reported this and im once again im waiting for a call back
Now, i just had enough of neotels bad bad service! the latest problem is on the pre-paid line. Its been down for the past 5 days now and all the keep on saying is the technicians are working on this matter and once its fixed i will be able to use it.
Everyday for the last few days they keep on promising the line will be fixed and i must just have patient!!
5 days to fix a problem!!! who will be patient when they have to wait so long!!! This is hurting my business cause i relay on the internet to do my work, im a web designer
I seems like this is a on going problem by reading all the complaints here!
