Bad service and no response no contact details

Applied for a landline last year kept on calling but got no solution so forgot about it and lost the ref number. Went to the store and it is closed with no contact numbers. Called the customer services number got another ref number and was told someone will call me. Its a week from that and today I was told that the lineland cannot work in my area so I paid R700 and still got no service. After all that got a neotel package installed and working in 48hours. Want my money back and now it`s back to refrence numbers. I can't believe this is there no easy process with this company or do they even care about customer satisfaction. I will never recommend them to anybody.
