Billed for a service I don't use

I had a data dongle, and it didn't work!!!
PS Neotel your data service don"t work!!!
I returned it the 2nd day
and I got billed for it

I took it up with them and they STILL didn't pay back what they wrongly deduct.
GUESS WHAT?? THEY DEDUCT IT AGAIN!!!

deduct money and you don't give the service there off
the other best thing they did was to cut of the service (Land line) what I do use and what I paid for
that I must say they connect again

Neotel is not a company I would recommend, it look like they are unable to sort out a quarry.
