Our company has a five year contract with Neotel. When we signed up they spoke about their expansion plans within the Western Cape. We have now moved our offices and the new area has no coverage at all. Neotel is now holding us to the remaining 3yrs on the contract. Attempts to reach the correct people to talk to at Neotel go unanswered. Nobody calls back or responds
