No service from MTN coverage

I have had no resolve for my coverage problem since February. I was eventually contacted by Lucky from coverage on 27 February at 7 pm at night when he was buying dinner at MacDonalds. He promised to call back at 8 the next morning, this didn't happen. I phoned coverage to complain. Lucky called later to make an appointment to do an assessment. He came through at 12h00 on Tuesday 5 March and after a 30 second assessment, announced that I needed a booster and what not and he would place the order. I called him about a week later to hear what was going on, he said they had no stock and couldn't tell me when my coverage problem would be attended to! It has been TWO MONTHS since my service call R0050705, Shocking!
