MTN continued lack of coverage and no 3G coverage

Since Tuesday this week i.e. 4th Feb 2014 I have been calling MTN to find out why the coverage has dropped or rather, is non functional. The contact centre (for coverage 083 900 1212) has given me various reasons ONLY after me insisting that they were wrong in their assessment - they first insisted there was no problem. then change their view and said it was a failure of the tower/3G system.
I have called daily to ask for updates and none is forthcoming.
I was sent a form to fill in to assess the area and the problem. they know full well what the problem is and don't seem to be able to address it.
No service BUT you can bet they will still bill me at the end of the month.
Not acceptable MTN. You are breaching you agreement with ICASA etc
