Cellphone repaired, failing to update status

I handed in my Samsung Galaxy S2 on January 27 for a repair. I had been advised by the Autopage Menlyn branch that it would take two weeks less if I handed it in at the headoffice in Waterfall Park, Midrand, which I did. I was told I would be contacted when the unit is repaired, but it would take 3 to 4 weeks. I made use of their voice mail system to inquire about the status of the repair and after about three weeks the message changed to "your cellphone has been sent to the supplier".
Since it has been in repair for TWO MONTHS now and I seriously need it, I phoned Autopage today and talked to the repair desk. My phone has been repaired since February 7th and is lying there in Midrand ready for collection, but the repair department forgot to update the status on the computer. I needed that phone, it is very important to my business. My business data are on there. The replacement could not import my backed-up data.
This is the last straw. I have experienced indifferent to bad to very bad service from Autopage for the last 17 years (had a contract since 1996) and I am definitely not going to renew it.
