Our 2 data lines with 8ta/Telkom Business under our company Skye Media was errornoursly cancelled as I was told, not suspended-CANCELLED for an outstanding R300. We have made the relevant payment on 02-04-13 and emailed the proof of payment to Luvo and B.Somlot and to date this line has not yet been re enstated. To my knowledge, there was NO reason for these data lines to have been cancelled in the first and this was an error. Its now 3 days. U guys messed up, now SORT IT OUT! U have ur money now we want our lines connected TODAY.Ur service stinks! 3 days!! Wat was the point of sending through proof of payment if we r still disconnected?? The agents there have bad attitudes and the service is pathetic, and I'm NOT sorry to say it!
