Poor Response on Resolving Poor Signal Coverage

The coverage at my home is not good, you are mostly able to make and receive calls but data hardly moves. I phoned the MTN coverage line on 0839001212 on 6th Jan 2014 (Ref. No. 0060366). Since then I have phoned 4 times the most recent being the beginnning of these week. Each time I have been assured that a technician will call me back to make an appointment...NO-ONE has called me back yet. I don't know what to do as clearly getting the customer is more important than keeping the customer at MTN.
