Illed against agreement

I have a 2GB limited data account with MTN. if i connect after my 2 GBs are used, it says no BW available, and i am unable to use the device until next month - without topping up. i checked your prices, it's ridiculous. i did not authorize or request upgrades!

Now, i got a bill for R1 600 OVER my normal bill, for bandwidth used beyond that 2 GB. The overrun may or may not have happened, i have to pay R17.50ex VAT for the specified invoice per (how stupid is that - i pay for you to prove you provided a service for which i have to pay? that's nonsense!)

my point is, the terms of the agreement is 2 GB only for Rx.xx p/m - unless i upgrade by clicking "buy more bandwidth NOW".

---- so unless you can somehow prove that I illegally connected my device to your network personally CAUSING a malfunction in your system to allow me further access to bandwidth - with ill intent while trying to from you,
--- or - the contract we have in place is magically no longer for 2 GB's, with distinct BUY MORE BANDWIDTH buttons on the interface, but became an OPEN account legally, without my consent - I'm not interested in paying anything more than agreed.

i will NOT be bullied!!!
