I seem to repeat myself and although i do get feedback I am not getting any progress.

Just last night I saw an add about a baby crying because of bad bandwidth and a vodafone phone get put in from of the child and he is happy because you have the best bandwidth...

I have complained many a time. the Bandwidth in my area is horrific, I cannot put my phone onto LTE otherwise I can forget about reception in some areas, I have at least 2 calls a day dropped, WHILE I am talking to the person. This is a know problem, why is there no improvement, why am I paying for a service tht I struggle with?

So please enlighten me as to what the advert is about...

I have an MTN tablet (which flies) in the exact same areas. My wifes IPHONE 5 is the same
